Article 1 (Personal Information Protection and Privacy Policy)

1. The “Metapet Co., Ltd. Privacy Policy” refers to the guidelines that Metapet Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) must comply with in operating its services in order to protect users’ valuable personal information so that users can use the service with confidence. The Company complies with the Republic of Korea’s personal information protection regulations and guidelines.
2. The Company collects, uses, and provides personal information based on users’ consent and actively guarantees users’ rights (the right to self-determination regarding personal information).
3. In principle, this Privacy Policy applies to the services operated by the Company, and this Privacy Policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
